1. The Portable Edge Bander can finish wooden edge frames at straight edge, inside the arc,outside the arc,curve and circle, the radius of the inside arc above 15mm

The Portable Edge Bander are using all types of banding at a wide range of widths and thickness, the banding material can be melamine paper banding, wooden veneer, vinyl(PVC or ABS) self-adhensive edge banding. The thickness of the edge banding within 0.3mm to 3.0mm. The edge band's minimum/maximum width is 10mm to 40mm.
3. The Portable Edge Bander is light so it can be used for large sized wooden boards as well as incomplete wooden products. The board can be fixed in place while the edge bander is in operation. The length of frame is not limited. It can also be used for small sized wooden boards where the machine is fixed onto a conveyor belt or table with a stand. The process of edge banding is the same as normal banding work.
4.The Portable Edge Bander is suitable for medium to low temperature hot melt adhensives(melting point below 200℃). The temperature of the tank can be controlled with adjustable temperature control according to different banding thickness and material. The warm up time takes 10minutes.
5. The machine's speed is fixed at four meters per minutes.
