Pre-heat treatment
1.1.2379 die steel bars Ingot and billet tempering technology: heat temperature870-890°c,keep temperature 2-4H, furnace cold below,
out and air cold.
2.1.2379 die steel bars Steel is othermal technology: heat temperature 840-860°c, keep termperatrue 2H, furnace to 720-740°c, keep 4H, furnce cold below 550°c, out and air cold, tempering hardness 207-255HBS.
Characteristic
1.Good quenching, abrasion resistance, ability to resist rust and corrosion.
2.Low heat treatment deformation.
