The Hardwood pulp content is higher than common paper on market ensured high stiffness and folding strength of paper cup paper. This also can reduce failure rate of paper cup forming.

	1. PE coating Uploading raw material paper rolls on PE coating machine. PE melted in high temperature machine then evenly coating on raw material paper surface.
	2. Slip big pe coated paper in rolls into bottom width. According to customer's requirement, bottom slip machine can slip Pe coated paper rolls into small rolls with different width. .
	3. PE coated paper for bottom packing   Paper packing outside, two rolls in one pack (If Bottom width above 70mm, one roll in one pack.) Any special request about paper bottom, please inform us. For other special packing requirement about pe coated paper for bottom , please tell us.
