HSB-1 MODEL HIGH SPEED BRAIDING MACHINE is mainly used for braiding cable sheath with soft wire, cotton and plastic string in the cable industry. The machine is also used for braiding rope and soft string.

Control of the lubrication system and the lubrication of the lubrication time can be set on the screen to achieve the parameter space. Operation as described above. Lubrication time can be set for each input quantity of lubricating oil, lubricating lubrication interval can be set for how long a time. The factory setting is generally lubricated once every 300 seconds, for each and every one second. Note: After first use or when not in use for a long time, set the lubrication time is set to 20 seconds, then the machine is running low, the entire guide is full of oil and other lubricating time to repatriate usually set to avoid the machine rail oil-free operation due to damage

Troubleshooting screen
If unknown shutdown happens, touch the fault searching key and exchange it to the troubleshooting screen. There will be time and words explaning the faults or warning, users can follow what the screen shows to shoot the troubles. At the same time when shutdown warning happens,the alarm light will keep shining until the troubles are cleaned and the reset button is pressed. Only the light stops shining can the machine be restarted. Press the reset button after cleaning the troubles and the faults shown will disappear.
