HSB-1 MODEL HIGH SPEED BRAIDING MACHINE is mainly used for braiding cable sheath with soft wire, cotton and plastic string in the cable industry. The machine is also used for braiding rope and soft string.

Note!
If the braid line card on the carriage and a slide rail, or forcible rotation can not dead lift carriage, guide surface to prevent injury. You can loosen the screws to remove the carriage jammed residual line and then pull the thread to weave points connected securely to continue weaving process.
The new machine is running, slide the slider with steel ring groove in the groove. After 50 hours the machine is running, the steel must be replaced with a nylon slider block. During the normal operation of the machine, the nylon block width is less than the block to be replaced when a new 11.6mm.
