Feeding Unit

5 Loading and unloading printing template,electric controlling CW/CCW rolling by foot switch

Slotting Unit

1 Creasing roller adopted, which can keep paperboard from cracking after creased,axle is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated with balance rectification to realize stable running
2 Single axle with double knives slotting,the height of carton adjustment by PLC and electric numerical control

3 Slotting phase adopts PLC and electric adjustment of 360°(stopping and running can be  adjusted)

4 Axle with slotting knife holder is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface
5 Horizontal movement of slotting knife holder and creasing roller adopt synchronous electric adjustmen( PLC control for option)

6 Creasing interval and knife roller  interval adopt  self-locked structure

7 Anticollision device is used while the slotting knife holder horizontal moving
