Structure & Working Principle of Spring Cone Crusher:
Spring cone crusher is mainly composed of frame, transmission, empty eccentric shaft, bowl bearings, crushing cone, adjustment device, adjustment set, spring, and hydraulic station etc. When it works,the motor drive the eccentric shaft sleeve through the horizontal axis and a pair of bevel gear. Cone crusher axis do rotary pendulum motion under the force of eccentric shaft sleeve.This makes the broken wall surface near and far away from the surface of the rolling mortar wall, so that ore will be crushed continuously in the cavity by extrusion and bending .
