The MG-80 Marble Frame Saw is applicable to processing large marble slabs. Its structure is compact and reasonable; it adopts the raising frame to carry up the marble block, and adopts the saw frame to drive the saw blade horizontally, fast and reciprocally, to cut the marble block. Up to 80-90 saw blades can be installed on the saw frame, thus finishing all the cutting of the whole block just with one cuter feeding.
The advanced saw frame guiding mechanism (V-type guiding rail) makes the saw frame in a long time stable running state. Its guiding precision and movement stability is up to the international advanced standard.
It adopts PLC control to make the motor run in a constant power state. The block elevation speed can be automatically adjusted according to the stone material hardness.
The maximum size of the block is 3250mm×2000mm×2000mm. It adopts PLC controlling system; the user-friendly working interface makes the operation simpler, ensuring that the machine is working under the constant power state.
