2. Several times of classification could be obtained:
Finished product fineness after first time classification: 300-2500mesh; if our Perovskite ball mill is equipped with a second classification system, the finished product fineness after second time classification would be 6,250mesh (d97≤2um).
3. Adopted highly advanced self-diffluent classification system:
(1) The classifiers in Perovskite ball mill have a precise classification, so the produced materials have uniform fineness;
(2) High classification capacity: 100t/h;
(3) Low energy consumption: For classifying the same quantity of raw materials, a classifier in Perovskite ball mill can save about 40% energy comparing with traditional ball mills.
(4) High classification efficiency (50% higher than classifiers in traditional grinding mills)
4. Scientific grinding medium enable us to produce large quantity superfine particles.
5. Different lining boards and grinding mediums are available for milling different materials, so as to guarantee the purity and whiteness of finished products.
6. Scientific machine structure enables a lower investment cost;

Application of ball mill
Our Perovskite ball mill is used to grind many kinds of mineral ores and other materials, or to select mine. Perovskite ball mill is also widely used in the manufacturing industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics.
Working principle of Perovskite ball mill
The Perovskite ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gear wheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging mouth. Then the whole grinding process is ended.
