Features of ball mill
1. Optimized length-diameter ratio to ball mill matched with advanced AF series of single or multi-classifier with build-in classifying wheel controlled by frequency transducer results in easily giving particle size from 325 to 2500 meshes in narrow distribution and avoiding over crushing.
3. Negative pressure operation prevents heat dissipation in ball mill with no need of water cooling to ball mill.
4. Mixture ratio of big and small grinding media is based on the technical requirement for fineness of final product.
5. Application of grinding agent in operation can improve grinding efficiency.

Applications
Ball mill classifying production line is used for calcium carbonate (marble, calcite, limestone, chalk), quartz, zircon, feldspar, barite, kaolin, dolomite, magnesite, alumina, ultrafine cement, clinker, slag, etc.
Brief introduction of Ball mill:
Ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding after the crushing process. There are two ways of ball mill grinding: the dry way and the wet way. It is used to grind many kinds of mineral ores and other materials, or to select mine. Ball mill is also widely used in the building and chemical industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics.
Ball Mill Working Principle:
Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials into fine powder over a period of several hours. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
