Barley grassjuice powder is made from organic young green barley grass juice, the barley grass juice is condensed and then spray dried in to fine powders with less fiber but higher nutrition.

The young barley grass is harvested when they grow to 18-20cms tall, when the young grass is at its nutritional peak.
