Features:HBE-811Ni2 is CO2 gas shielding wire for 550 MPall level of low -temperature steels . Excellent welding craft ,smooth arc with low spatter ,easily removed slag ,good tolerance to normal rust ,high deposition rates and depth of fusion for filled welding for used all-position welding.
Applications:It provide solutions to weld 2.5Ni,ASME SA2003Gr.A.B steels in the industries of ocean platform ,port machinery ,low-temperature container and nitrogen sulfide/propylene petrifaction equipment.
Note:1.Ensure that purity of shielding gas.
2. Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3. Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be in contactwith positive pole.
4.Please clean the appearance of base metal before welding.
5. Keep the shielding gas flow at 20-25L/min
