Product Introduction
M542 drive has lower motor heating and running noise, higher stability, mainly drive 42,57 two-phase mixed stepper motor. Its micro-step subdivide value has 15 types, max steps is 25000Pulse/rev; Its working valid current range: 1.0A-4.2A, output current has 8 types, The resolution of the current is 0.45A; has automatic half current, over-voltage and over-current protection etc. The drive is DC supply, working voltage is 24VDC-36VDC.

Suitable for all kinds of small and medium-sized automation equipment and instruments, such as engraving machine, marking machine, cutting machine, laser typesetting, plotter, numerically controlled machine tools, automatic assembly equipment, etc. The application effect is very good for little noise and high speed equipment.

| Automatic Half Flow Function | By SW4 dial code switch to set up automatic half flow function of drive. Off shows that the static current is set to half of the dynamic current, On shows that the static current is the same as the dynamic current. SW4 should be set off in general use, which can reduce the heating of the motor and drive, improve the reliability. After pulse stops about 0.4 seconds, current automatically reduces to about half (actual value 60%), calorific value reduces to 36%. |
| Signal Interface | PUL+ and PUL- are positive pole and negative pole of the control pulse signal; DIR+ and DIR- are positive pole and negative pole of the direction signal. ENA+ and ENA- are positive pole and negative pole of the enable signal. |
