Performance Characteristics:
1 Large crushing proportion and high production efficiency
The rated power and passing ability of the SKH series of high-efficiency hydro cone crusher are greatly enhanced by combining higher rotational speed and stroke; and then the crushing proportion and production efficiency are also enhanced. Due to the perfect combination design of combining the crushing stroke, speed and cavity shape, the productivity is higher by 35% to 60% than that of the old spring cone crusher.
2 Multiple crushing cavity, flexible application and strong suitability
The SKH cone crusher only needs to change fixed cone liner and moved cone liner. The crushing cavity shape can arbitrarily change from the standard extra-bold cavity to the short-head extra-thin one to meet the requirement of large range of production size.
3 The hydraulic protection, hydro cleaning cavity and high automation reduce stop machine time.
The discharge opening adjusted by hydraulic pressure and the overload protection increase the crusher operating level, which achieves easier maintenance, more convenience operating and shorter stop machine time. The SKH cone crusher bilateral passing-iron releases the hydraulic cylinder to permit the iron block pass through the crushing cavity. When this machine occurs the phenomenon of passing-iron and flash stuffy engine, it can hydraulically lift and automatically layout, which greatly reduces trouble of that the traditional spring cone crusher needs stopping machine to layout by abortion. Many crushers produced by other factories will stop machine because of passing-iron.
4 Laminated crushing and excellent end product shape
Taking the design laminated principle among grains; the special crushing cavity and the matching rotation speed replace the traditional single grain crushing to achieve the alternative crushing; which increases the proportion of production fines and the content of cubic production. The needle-like materials are also reduced.
