Two pieces of chilled alloy rollers, centrifugal casting. Rolls are corrugated to each customer's specific needs for different materials.
Handwheel with analog gauge joined by a coupling shaft connects the synchronous adjusting mechanism to maintain rolls parallel and indicate roll position precisely during adjustment.
Internal by-pass door controlled by the pneumatic cylinder. Need not to start the feeder motor when cracking unneeded.
With switch on the inspection door, the machine wills auto-stop when the inspection door opened.
Spring loaded idler maintains belts tension, and so ensure transmission efficiency.
