XKPS-DD series Double Deck Crumbler with four cracking rollers in two decks is the new launched machinery by XINMAS. High capacity specially designed for crumbling materials in oil & fats pretreatment plant for the Solvent Extraction Plant (soybean, corn, etc).
Rotary feeder, make feeding evenly and smoothly.
Four chilled alloy rollers, centrifugal casting. Rolls could be corrugated according to each customer's specific requests for different materials.
Two pieces of handwheel with analog gauge joined by a coupling shaft connects the synchronous adjusting mechanism to maintain rolls parallel and indicate roll position precisely during adjustment.
Internal by-pass door controlled by the pneumatic cylinder. Need no to start the feeder motor when cracking unneeded.
Spring loaded, the rolls will auto-spring and let the hard foreign materials pass through without damaging the machine.
