Other name: Cylinder Head Gasket Sheet, Graphite composite sheet, Reinforced Graphite Sheet.

Reinforced Graphite composite Sheet manufactured from graphite sheet with mechanically clinched to 0.18 ~ 0.25mm thick carbon steel tanged (perforated) metal sheet - 08F tinplate insert.  

It is best gasket material for cylinder head gasket and exhaust gasket.

Working Temperature : -200 ~ 2500 Deg.C ( In Non Oxidizing Atmosphere).
Threshold Temp.For Oxidation: 500 Deg.C ( a temp at which weight reduced 1% during 24 hrs in air).
Tensile Strength: > 70 kgf/cm2.
Compressive Strength: > 800 kgf/cm2.
Carbon Content: > 98%.
Ash Content: < 1.0%.
Compressibility: >15%.
Recovery: >35%.

Standard Sheet Size: 
400mm x 1000mm, 500mm x 1000mm, 800mm x 1000mm, 1000mm x 1000mm.
Thickness: 1.0mm ~ 3.0mm.
The other size is optional or according to the requirements of customers.
