★F serial mud pump is one of the most important equipment in drilling operation which discharge high viscosity,heavy density and low sand contented fluid to well bottom in order to cool drill bit,flush well,crush the rock and take out debris.

★F serial mud pump is designed and manufactured in compliance with API Spec 7K "Specification for Drilling Equipment".All wearding parts of fluid end (valve,valve seat,liner and etc)can be interchanged according to APIspecification.


★F-1300  and  F-1600 drilling pump has a Max.Pump pressure of 34.5MPa (5000Psi) and a displacement of 46.5 L/S with a liner of Φ180mm.These two models are the frist choice for the medium and deep drilling rig as an assorted component.

F-1600HL,F-2200 HL satisfy mainly drilling requirement of deep and horizontal wells on offshore deepwater and 

land (especially derert).

★Displacement of F-1600HL drilling pump can reach 61.85L/s;if plunger structure is adopted,the max .working pressure can be 52 MPa(7,500Psi)

★F-2200 drilling pump has a Max.Displacement fo 77.65 L/S (1215GPM) with a liner of Φ230mm(9'') and a Max.working pressure of 34.5 MPa(5000Psi)

★F-2200 HL drilling pump has a maximumdisplacement displacement of 77.65L/S(1,215GPM) with a liner of 230mm(9'').When the pump has a plunger structure,the maximum working pressure can reach 52 MPa(7,500Psi).
