Breif Description

Inspection of raw materials--Heating and melting of Intermediate frequency furnace---Spin into ball --- Quenching----Tempering----Testing---Package
Packing
1.Bags:1000KG polypropylene bags which are highly resistant to UV rays and secure bag straps to reduce time and effort in loading and unloading.
2.Drums:Recyeled drums can also be supplied. The drums have a removable lid and compression ring for secure storage.Drums are more efficient for some modes of transportation and can also be delivered on wooden pallets.
