2. Description:
W11XNC-70×4000 type horizontal down roller adjust 3-roller rolling machine is our new designed product which is used for metal sheet rolling into round, curved and conical shape. All of the 3 rollers of this machine are powered and controlled by hydraulic system. The upper roller is for vertical moving, while the 2 lower rollers are for horizontal moving. The synchronization accuracy cab reach ± 0.2mm and the stroke is controlled by computer. There's balancing device at the end of the upper roller, which is used for unloading the work-piece.
3. Main features of the machine
a. One time work-piece feeding, it can realize pre-bending and rolling round for end of metal sheet, no need to U-turn.
b. The three roller are all driving. Firstly, it won't slip when rolling thin plate. Secondly, it expand the rolling range of the metal plate.
c. For the rotary motion of 3 rollers, there's brake device equipped on these rollers, which ensure the accurate positioning of work-piece during rolling with safe and reliable operation.
d. The upper roller can realize single end tilting, and it can also go up and down simultaneously at the state of tilting, which is beneficail for rolling tapered work-piece.
e. The tapered rolling device does not affect the with of plate.
f. The upper roller adopts double motor confluence, which can save machine occupation for users. for users to save floor space.
