2. Description:
Star –beam is the joint welded part of H-beam steel and T-beam steel, its manufacturing process is very complcated, first produce H-beam steel and T-beam, then weld them togetehr to form star –beam. Star-beam assembly machine is special machine for welding H-beam steel and T-beam, it can finish jointing two T-beam steels and one T-beam through twice welding.
Star-beam assembly machine is composed of main machine, main conveying device,pre-centering device, inout conveying roller, output conveying roller, hydraulic system and electrical control system .
Main machine is composed of base, column beam, upper crossbeam,elevating girder, side girdermside locating device, down clamping device, elevating device, upper locating and clamping device, upper pressing wheel device and top elvating device.
The motor of main convey device is placed beside main machine , drives conveying roller and input roller through chains. In order to save the distance of chains, there are one group of conveying rollers between main machine drivingroller and conveying roller’s driving roller, it is placed behind pre-centering device of main machine .
