Materials Composition:

- The Wood we use in this frame is workable for us to provide the FSC certification with you if you need.
- MDF we use to produce the frames are up to the standard E1 at least, which content formaldehyde is no more than 1.5mg/L. And Carb2 and E0 MDF also are workable fur us if the customers need.
- The lead content of the paint is very low, which is no more than 0.06mg/L if you need.
- The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm..
- The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
- All the hardware is rust prevention to make sure there is no rust when the goods arrive at your warehouse.
- The product will be burnished so many times before it goes to next paint to make sure the paint can easily cover the surface of the product.
- The master cartons, which are used to protect the goods, are very strong, Its standard can meet the international standard for the cartons.
- Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?
Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 piece, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.
4. How about the after sales service we can provide??
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
5. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
