Vertical Single Stage Centrifugal Pump industrial hot water circulation pump

 

Introduce:

ALG single-stage single-suction high efficiency centrifugal water pump series are produced strictly according to the relevant requirements, so they have a stable quality and reliable performance and are the brand-new ones instead of ordinary pump like model IS horizontal pump and model DL pump etc. .

 

They are divided into basic type, flow-expansion type, A, B, C cutting type etc. In more than 250 specifications and with a flow range of 1.5-1200m3/h and a head range of 8-150m. And, per the different fluid media and temperatures, model ALR hot-water pump, model ALH Chemical pump, model ALY oil pump and model ALHY vertical anti-explosion chemical pump etc. series products are designed and manufactured and have the same performance parameters.

 

 

Application:

1. ALG series vertical centrifugal pump is used to transport pure water and other liquids of the similar physical nature as pure water and suitable for water supply and drainage in industries and cities, boost water-feeding of high buildings, garden irrigation, fire-fighting boost, remote water-transportation,warming, cold-hot water circulation and boost in bathrooms, and equipment completing as well.The temperature of the used medium' S temperature is under 120°C.

2. ALH series vertical chemical pump is used to transport the liquid containing no solid grain, of causticity and similar viscosity like water and suitable for light textile industry, petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, electric power, paper-making, food, pharmacy, synthetic fiber etc.departments.The operation temperature is-20 to 120°C.

3. ALY series vertcal anti-explosion oil pump is suitable for the industries of petroleum, light textile industry, chemistry, mechanism etc.to transport non-corrosive, combustible and explosive liquids, the temperature of the transported medium is -20 to 120C and the medium intensity<1 000kg/CBM

4. ALHY series vertical anti-explosion chemical pump is used to transport the liquid containing no solid grain of causticity and similar viscosity like water, combustible and explosive and suitable or light textile industry, petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, mine, pharmacy, synthetic fiber etc. department. The operation temperature is -20 to 120°C.

 

Feature:

  • Vertical structure, suction and discharge given the same diameter and located on the same    centerline, to be mounted in pipeline in the way as a valve, compact and smart appearance, little  floor space required, low construction cost, and to be used outdoors if provided with a protective  cover.
  • Impeller directly mounted on the extended shaft of motor to feature short axial dimensions and compact structure. Pump and motor bearings reasonably configured to effectively balance the radial and axial load in service, thus to ensure smooth operation with little vibration and low noise.
  • Use of mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination for shaft seal, sealing ring made of imported titanium alloy, medium-sized high temperature resistant mechanical seal, and wear resisting seal made of hard alloy to effectively lengthen the service life of mechanical seal.
  • Easy installation and maintenance, with no need to dismantle the pipeline system. And all the rotor parts may be taken out only by taking off the nuts on pump union base.
