Simple And Compact Structure Gear Oil Pump Used To Delivery Lubricating Oil
Overview:
Gear lubricant pump is mainly used to transport lubricating oil in lubricant system of all kinds of machine and equipment. It is applicable to transport the lubricating oil with viscosity under 10 E (75C.S.t) and temperature under 300°C. The stainless steel pump is used to transport the drinks, liquid with low corrosive and the oil with no property of lubricating. If matching with copper gear, it can be used to transport low-flash liquid, such as gasoline and benzene.
This series gear pump are mainly composed by gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve, shaft end seal etc. Gear after heat treatment have higher hardness and strength, and together with the shaft installed in the replaceable sleeve to operate. All the parts in the pump will automatic reach lubrication by transferring medium when pump working.
