1. Introduction
This testing machine is to measure the quality of bond line in the wood-based panel by loading to the wood-based panel test pieces until break occurs.
2. Test
Put the wood-based panel test piece(figure 1) for shear test into the test attachment(figure 2). Be attention that the wood-based panel should not be compressed tightly by the adjusting bolt. Put the test attachment with wood-based panel test piece onto the testing machine and the loading center of wood-based panel test piece and the center of the compression heat should be coincidental. Set test parameters and test speed on the software for testing machine and then load to the wood-based panel test piece evenly until broken. Then software will auto calculate the shear strength of this wood-based panel test piece.
3. Testing machine features

9) Switch among many test curves: stress-strain curve, load-deformation curve, load-displacement curve, load-time curve, deformation-time curve, displacement-time curve. Partial enlargement, overlap and comparison.
