1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, about 30 minutes away
from Shenzhen airport . Warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. The sample will be provided you within 7 days once the sample fee is received.
4. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always pay great attention to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. All the supplied material are checked carefully before accepted, and we have QC on production line to inspect TV, after there is aging test, later QA random inspection and fullly test the TV. Before shipment there is a another random check by our QA or client's inspection workers.
5. Q: How about the warranty?
A: Our warranty is 1 year.
6. Q: Does the TV unit which customer bought is same as what we described?
A: We shall guarantee the delivered tv is in conformity to the requirements of quantity, specifications, type and tv descriptions etc as described in article and meet the quality criterion of original place and the place customer is incorporated.
7. Q: What if there is any problem , what should the customer does?
A: We promised to provide lifelong maintenance for the products it sold to customer and ours is obliged to assist the customer to settle the technical difficulties or malfunction in the use and installation of the tv.
8. Q: How about the warranty?
A: Factory shall provide one year quality guarantee period for the TV it sold to customer , except the human damage. And such guarantee period shall commence from the delivery date.
9. Q: What about the returned TV or parts ?
A: With the quality guarantee period, customer only has to pay for the shipment of TV or other part needed reparation or replacement from customer to factory , and factory will be responsible for other expenses arising out of such reparation or replacement.Including but not limited to the cost of new parts and shipment of tv or parts from factory to customer. After the quality guarantee period expires, the factory only undertakes technical support, all the possible charges cuased should be paid by the customer.
