Description
Aqueous Film Forming Foam Concentrates (AFFF) is synthetic-based foam and produced by the fluorocarbon and hydrocarbon surfactants.
It is a kind of high efficient and economic foam extinguishing agent provide fire suppression for Class B hydrocarbon fuel fires, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc.,
It forms a self-sealing foam blanket on fuel surface to separate oxygen and fuel liquid.
After liquid draining from the foam blanket and it will forms an aqueous film that suppresses fuel vapor and seals the fuel surface.
With cooling effect, It also combat Class A and may be used in conjunction with dry chemical agents.
