The axis area for this steel structure workshop building is 19578m2
Axis dimension is 180m, 108m, the eave height is 14.15meters.
The primary member is Q345B, all are sand-blasting,
The surface treatment quality required meets GB 8923 SA 2 1/2 Grade
Painting is two coats of anti-corrosive primer and two alkyd finish
Crane runway girder is equipped in each span, install 32mt and 16mt overhead crane
4. The surface treatment for our Steel building ( made of Primary steel ) :
We have pretty good preservative treatment for steel frame as follows as per the highest international surface treatment code:
1) Clean the steel( reach to Sa2.5 Grade, China Code) , then we will spray paint:
Two layer epoxy zinc rich primer and 2 layer anti-rust paint( total thickness: 100-120um) ; Warranty period: 18-20 years under normal conditions.
2) Hot-dipped galvanized, when the thickness of parts is less than 5mm, thickness of hot-dipped gal is more than 65um; when equal to or more than 5mm, that is more than 86um. Warranty period: 45-50 years under normal conditions.
5. Packing & Delivery for Steel building ( made of Primary steel ) :
For Main Components: Put steel structure components on a steel pallet and tie up the frame part together by packing strap with wood beam and cardboard, then load into container by crane or forklift
For cladding: Plastic film wrap the roof and wall corrugated single steel plate.
but for sandwich panel will load into container piece by piece
This package is to protect the goods from damage, during the transportation.
Delivery:
Load into 40/ 20GP, 40HQ, 40OT or Bulk carrier.
Delivery Time: 15 to 30 days after the receiving deposit or according to client' s requirements.
