Application

Processing:

The production process of stainless steel filters involves monitoring all raw materials, including the metal powder´s metallurgical composition, particle size distribution, and bulk ratio. After being formed through cold isostatic pressing, the filter is sintered at high temperatures and vacuum. Before and after the sintering operation, the carbon content is detected, and each batch of products produced is tested for bubble point, hardness of the medium, permeability, density, and carbon content of the diameter of spherical particles to ensure high-quality production. The filter is also easy to weld, with seamless welding lengths of up to 1500mm.




Package and Shipment


1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.


2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the customer´s designated place without damage.
