Manual Stencil Printer T4030V, Double-sized PCBs printer, X, Y, Z, and θ position and adjustments for exact stencil-to-board alignment and T4030V provides Vacuum absorbing platform, which widely used in FPC (Flexible Print C i r c u i t) and thin-type PCB boards, user can add the platform to print large size FPC and PCB.
Mian features:
lx, y, z axis and angle can be adjusted accurately, position between welding pad on the PCB and holes on the template by adjusting axis. Adjust distance between PCB and template by lifting platform.
lThe level of position platform is less than 5 um.
lTemplate is manufactured in numerical control center which can improve level and accuracy. It is convenient for installing template.
lthe fixed shelf of template can be adjusted by position head to improve position accuracy.
lthe lift of template is finished by spring micro-power systems, it doesn't need weight hammer. It can save printing area.
