1. PVC Hot Cutting Granulator Production Line is mainly to produce PVC granules, from waste pvc cable materials or others.
2. In general, we have 2 kinds of line accoridng to ur raw materials and final granules:(1) SJZ51/105 Conical Twin Screw Extruder + ONCE STAGE FAN COOLING
(2) SJZ65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder + THREE STAGE FAN COOLING INCLUDE STORAGE
a. main granulator part: motor 22kw, 37kw, 45kw with SIEMENS contactor and switch, JAPAN NSK breaing, YISU self-manufacture electric control panel.
b. main cutting granules: which is the most important part for this line, we have specialized cutting knife to become international standard size: 3mmx3mm granules.
c. three stage fan cooling: we can choose one stage, two-stage, or three-stage to cool, also
