Application: it's specially applicable to transport the melted metals, precious goods, dangerous goods in normal environment. Because these goods are of highest safety request for the transportation.
Brief introduction: It upgrades the safety and features of normal CD electric hoist, which is based on the normal CD model electric hoist--it's of following additional features:
(1) It's of compact structure, motor, fist brake, reducer are integrated into one unit, without coupling and 2nd bearing.
(2) Safety brake. it is installed on the drum, which do not need electricity to control (pure mechanical & automatic control), which make sure the goods' safety.
Introduction to Safety Brake
Work Principal: it’s installed on the drum of hoist; when it feels the drum’s rotation speed is over the rated speed, it will brake the drum instantly and automatically.
Unique features:
(1) It never works when the hoist works normally;
(2) It brakes instantly and automatically when the lifting goods drops suddenly, maybe, because the first brake of hoist is broken, or other spare parts broken (such as the coupling broken, gear box broken, bearing scatters, etc).
(3) Its rope guider is never broken.
