Features:HBE-507 is thewire for steel welding.Excellent welding craft, smooth arc with low spatter ,high depositionrates, good tolerance to rust , depth of fusion for filled welding, good toughness in low temperature for used all-position welding .
Applications:it used for low carbon steels andmid and thick plates 490MPa high-strength steelsas such as weldingstructure of vehicle, bridge, construction shipbuilding ,machinery, pressure vessel and boiler.
Note:1.To take CO gas as gas-shielded and its purity should be up to 99.8% with flow at 20-25L/min.
2. Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3. Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to beincontactwith positive pole.
4.Please clean the appearance of base metal before welding.
5. Use the wire under the best possible condition. It should be used up as soon as possiblwhen unpacked.
