Features:HBE-316L consists of low C-18Cr-12Ni-2Mo and suitable for all-positions welding Stable electric arc, less spatter and better slog detachabilitywhen welding. The addition ofMo would refine the heat resistance and prevent the corrosion. It has excellent performance corrosion of diluted sulfuric acidpitting corrosion of chloride ion.
ØApplications:Welding of Cr18-Ni12-Mo2 stainless steel which work in organic and inorganic acid media.
Ø Note:1.Ensure the purity of shielding gas and mixing ratio of properly mixed gas iswell controlled, with flow at 20-25L/min.
2.Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3.Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be contacted with positive pole.
4. Please clean the appearance of base metal before welding.
5.Use the wire under the best possible condition. It should be used up as soon as possible if it's unpacked.
