after improvement of cylindrical roller bearings raceway and rolling element geometry,the cylindrical roller bearing is provided with larger load capacity, the new type structure design of rib and roller end not only enhances the axial roller element load capacity of the bearing,but also improvies the lubricationg condition of the contacting area of the roller end and the rib ,and the serivec performance is also enhanced.
the use of them in metal rolling mills exposes them to very heavy stresses,the rings and rollers can be manufactorued with very high quality case hardened carburizing alloy steels ,deep case depth and special heat treatment ensure superior size stability ,fracture toughness and reliability.
