SJSZ 65/132 conic double screw extruder
Twin
conical screws extruder is a kind of special equipment for extruding of PVC
powder. It is the main machine in PVC Pipe production line . With different
sorts of molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce all sorts of PVC plastic
pipe material, profiled material, plate material, sliced material, bar material
and granulation.
The screw has applied oil cooling system. Barrel is
cooled by special wind cooling system. The system has applied special computer
control. According to customer's requirements. Most reasonable screw can be made
so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality. The screw is made
by high precision special digital screw miller; Extruding property can be highly
harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screws
with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared
and cut. The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully
imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding
pressure. The electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has
multiple alarm system, and there are few problems which can be easily
eliminated. The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is
enlarged.
2. 63-110mm double heads extrusion mould and calibrators
PVC extrusion mould is only for PVC Pipe production line. This kind extrusion mould made by 40Cr, innersuface will be polished for make sure that material can be come out smoothly. Ceramic heater can keep working life more longer than normal extrusion mould. Copper matrerial calibrators can make sure the outter surface of pipes in smooth and cooling pipes in quickly.
3. Vacuum calibration bath / vacuum tank
Vacuum bath is made of stainless steel, it is stable and adjusted, and it can be adjusted horizontally and vertically. It consists of vacuum pumps, water pumps, motor for moving table automatically, etc. This is one of assitant machines in PVC Pipe production line. It is used to make material from extruder shape and cool down. We can change the quantity of vacuum pumps and water pumps, and the length of table according to the diameter of pipes, the wall thickness of pipes
4. Draw machine / Haul-off Unit
PVC pipe caterpillers haul-off unit & cutter are all of assitant machines in PVC Pipe production line. It adopts double-caterpiller traction way, wide in application , at the same time, It also adopts stepless speed regulation, large in extent of speed regulation . Upper caterpillar adopt cylinder flexible pinched to suit for different pipe diameter and keep contact pressure in reasonable range. Cutter is also the down equpment of pvc pipe extrusion line, it adopts full aotomatic cutting way, base frame of saw strock can reach to 1200mm. At the same time, this machine with self protitive fuction.
