PE pipe making machine adopts high efficiency extruder for LDPE/HDPE pipe, screw with barrier and mixing die structure, new type open barrel, which can insure good plasticated effects.

1. Extruder: High efficiency single-screw, it has high rotation speed, high output and plasticization capability.
2. Extrusion mould: Extrusion regularly, easy operation and adjustment.
3. Vacuum Calibration Tank & Spraying Cooling Tank: Tank body is made of stainless steel.
4. Haul-off Machine: According to different diameters, there are 2-pedrail, 3-pedrail, 4-pedrail, 6-pedrail, 8-pedrail, to satisfy the different requirement of production.
5. Cutting Machine: Disk-saw Cutting, Planetary Cutting, Non-scrap Cutting for different requirement.
6. Stacking Rack: Automatic overturning or roller stacking, or Double-station Winding machine for small pipe.
7. Electric control system: Electrical components are all famous brand, stable running and easy operation.
