Materials Composition:
- 40% MDF
- 41% Paint

Features:
- Only the MDF which fits E1 or Carb2 standard will be used in the mass production.
- The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
- All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which content the lead is no more than 0.06mg/L.
- The products you purchase from us are almost handmade. So there is no other one which is the same with the one your buy.
- The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
- Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
- We can make the packing to pass the drop testing if you need.
- The individual packing can be changed to colorful box if you need.

1. How long can the customers get their required quotation or information after their inquiry?
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.
2. How long can the customers get the samples after the samples are required?
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
3. The samples will be charged or not?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
4. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
We keep in touch with clients, reply email timely and meet client’s requirements at the first. We have professional shipping department, we also help client to handle different shipping arrangements.
5. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
