Materials Composition:

Features:
- All the finishing is 100% hand made by skilled workers. So for each piece of the product, it is the only one in the world.
- E1 E0 and Carb2 standard MDF can be used in the frame at your request.
- The paint we use on the frame is very good paint which is up to the RoHS or CE standard.
- Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/ and the middle paperboard is 100g/ and the inner paperboard is 120g/. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.
- There is a windy system in one workshop which is used for paint. This system and keep the dust not floating in the air so as to make sure there is no dust to attach on the surface of the product.
- The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
- Skilled workers polish the products many times to ensure the surface is ready for next paint.
- Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.

3. How about the charges if you need some samples from us?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
4. How about the samples delivery time?
You will get the samples in 3-5 working days based on the quantity you ordered.
5. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
