Materials Composition:
- 49% MDF
- 36% Paint
- 8% Photos and mat and glass
- 7% Accessories
Features:
- MDF we use to produce the frames are up to the standard E1 at least, which content formaldehyde is no more than 1.5mg/L. And Carb2 and E0 MDF also are workable fur us if the customers need.
- The paint we use are environmental, which contains lead less than 0.06%.
- The moulding or MDF board is cut by the machine. For their sizes, they are controlled by the digital computer. The difference range of the sizes is from + 1mm to – 1 mm which is very accurate.
- The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
- All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory
- The product will be burnished so many times before it goes to next paint to make sure the paint can easily cover the surface of the product.
- The master cartons and pizza box are very strong to protect the goods during the transportation to the customers.
- Drop test can be required if you need the mail order packing.
- The normal individual packing can be changed to others such as colorful labels with white box, printed colorful box, PDQ packing.

FQAS:
1. How long can the customers get their required quotation or information after their inquiry?
We promise we will reply the customers within 12 hours in working days.
2. How about the samples delivery time?
Usually the samples can be finished in 3 to 5 days. However, if your samples order is a little complex, maybe it will take one or two more days.
3. Why our price term is FOB Wuhan?
Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
4. THow does our QC team work in our factory?
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment
5. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out?
In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods.
