Xitong QLB-HX3000 environmental protection type asphalt mixing plant has following characteristics:
Green and environmental protection
Mixing tower adopts closed type modular structure, which will collect dust coming from each process, and asphalt smoke would be dealt by incineration.
Energy saving
Low area occupation and saving land resource; parts in mixing tower, such as hoister and vibration screen, all adopt heat insulation, which will reduce production cost in oil consumption and electric power.
Fast installation
Mixing tower is stacked and piled up by its modules, special locking wedges are used to connect these modules, which would largely reduce site installation time.
Pollution control measures
1, Emission point----Gravel quarry, vehicle moving area------ Dry fog dust removal system makes dust settling; vehicle operation area regularly watering; ground hardened, strengthen job management, not allowed sprinkling
2, Asphalt mixing plant----Adopt fully environmental protection asphalt mixing plant, unorganized emission turned to organized emission with the help of dust cleaner. Environmental protection measures of the equipment please refer to environmental device introduction.
3, Waste material discharging----Adopt waste material wet treatment device or emission to the tanker.
4, Asphalt unloading area and asphalt tank---- Adopt asphalt fume purifying machine, release the purified fume to the furnace chimney.
5, Finished material loading area----adopt closed channel for collecting asphalt fume, purified fume by the purifying machine will be burn in the dryer, then release 20meters to the ground.
6, Organized emission of smoke, SO2 and NOX from chimney------Use gas as fuel,release 20 meters high above ground.
7, Noise of mixing plant and running vehicle, sound insulation treatment for certain part
