Notice
During maintenance, separate the screen with its driver to avoid starting up abruptly or involuntarily.
 
Replace screen net:
Open the door on shell, loose end tension bolts and compaction bolts, then remove screen net.
Clear up splashed material on bracket, insert new screen net and ensure its ends are hooked tightly, screw down tension bolt and ensure spring compression ratio to be consistent.
When replace screen net, check supporting arch poles and replace the ones badly wore out. These poles arch nets to make them correctly installed, ensure poles and nets are jointed close to avoid spanking and causing rupture in run.
 
Notice
After running several hours or initial work day, check the screen net for tension. Also do this job every week and tension the nets anew if necessary.
