Application
HARDUN series car high temperature furnace are mainly used for hardening, annealing and ageing of high chromium or high manganese steel castings, die steel, rolls, steel balls, breaking hammers and wear-resisting line-plates, they also can be used for heat treatment for large mechanical parts.
Product Feature
The linings of car high temperature furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks, which is energy saving and durable. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires. The temperature is uniform.
There is impact proof bricks which automatically seal car and furnace door. And foundation installation is not needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it.
We use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature, it can perform functions such as heating up, heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
