Laser Welding Machine

ML-W180 is the third generation machine, the joystick controls laser head for three full-automatic precision movement to keep welding small mold under the premise of convenience, more suitable for large-scale mold repair.

The produats is customized for the moulding industry instead of troditional argon welder , for precision mould repair. All the key parts of the machine adopt imported products .And the software operating interface use large-screen LCD to display , chinese interface , simple and clear for operater to learn and use easily. The machine has a variety of existing operating mode,also proper for own programming , and has forever memory function ,applicable to various kinds of materials.

Little affect area , no distortion , deep , welding firmly. Dissolve fully,without repairing trace. No sag phenomenon disappeared at the junction.

a.  Applicable to to repair cracks , collapsed horn , touched edge and damaged sealing side

b. Applicable to welding on horniness material (~HRC60)

c.  High accuracy , the welding spot diameter is only 0.2mm-0.5mm

d.  Little affect area , no distortion of the processing parts.

e.  No effect for etch after welding , low oxidation rate ,the color of the processing parts is intact .

f .  No stomata or sand hole disappeared after welding.

g.  Can process at the welding point , especially applicable to repairing mound requiring polishing.

h.  The processing parts can reach 50-60 rockwell hardness.
