Working Principle
The wet feather from the slaughter processing line are transported to the cooker through the conveyor machine. After 30minutes of hydrolyzation in a normal temperature, it is sealed making the material temperature to reach up to 130℃, in order to kill Escherichia coli and break the keratin molecular chain, to make the feather powder easier absorbed by poultry or other. The digestibility reach 75%. The time will last 45min after pressure reaching 0.25mpa. Then the steam is exhausted from the hydrolyzing tank. Finally, the material will be cooled and milled into feather meal. Hydrolyzed feather meal protein content to 80% , moisture ≤ 10%
Application: broiler slaughter line feathers, offal, fur animal bones, minced meat, intestinal, casing and others. Dead poultry, livestock, animal carcasses during the transportation can also be made into feather meal, meat and bone meal, chicken meal, intestinal feather powder by high-temperature sterilization.
Performance and characteristics:
1. The casing adopts double-layer jackets, which is filled with steam produced by boiler. The steam is transported by pipe to the jacket. There is a shaft in the material layer, also filled with steam. The material can be heated uniformly by jacket and shaft. At the same time, the blade in the intermediate shaft quickly stir the material when cooking, to improve work efficiency.
2. The blade uses Q345 wear-resistant material, to extend the service life.
3. Outer case uses stainless steel plate which is easy to clean and waterproof. Within the color plate, there is insulating cotton to avoid the harm caused by the high temperature.
4. Exterior insulation is made of stainless steel plate to improve the corrosion resistance and extend the service life.
5. Automatic drainage system recycles condensate water from boiler steam to reduce energy waste and save water.
6. The structure of feed inlet and out are square type, with easy operation.
7. The whole equipment is supported by steel structure, whose installation position can be changed with the machine.
