Iron Cast Centrifugal Tube
The material utilization of centrifugal tube to make ring carrier is 25-30% only, but if made by continuous cast tube, the material utilization can reach over 50%. And if further by 4-wings concast tube, the utilization can reach 70%, which save nickel, copper cost a lot.
The main products in our company are continuous cast iron tube and related machining components such as rings, bushings, cylinders etc. The OD of tube range from 60-320mm, the thickness range from 6-40mm, the material include of ductile, grey, alloy, Boron Phosphorus, Ni-resist cast iron etc. By far, the company has two production line for continuous cast, full set of instruments for material and mechanical properties testing. The annual production capacity of company can reach 3000-5000 metric tons, meantime which has semi-finish machining ability to the tubes.
We have owned two national patent of invention, two utility model patent, meantime which undertake multiple tasks such as "National Torch Plan", "Medium and Small Enterprises Innovation Fund", "13115 Tech Creation Projects of Shaanxi Province".
