The RTTS Packer is a full opening, hook wall type packer which can segregate bidirectional pressure designed for using in testing, treating, and squeeze cementing operations. The full opening permits pumping large volumes of fluid with a minimum pressure drop, and allows the passage of a through tubing type perforating gun. This helps the tool be useable for multiple operations with one trip to the downhole, such as perforating, testing, treating, squeezing, reperforate, etc. The RTTS packer has to be connected a bypass valve above. Generally, it is RTTS circulating valve or hydraulic circulating valve. To avoid stuck, the RTTS safety joint is usually added.
